«Résidence du Vallon» is a residential complex located in Sonceboz-Sombeval, involving the complete renovation of three buildings. The project features a total of 24 units designed to meet modern living standards, ensuring optimal quality of life for residents. Each apartment includes a spacious balcony, enhancing outdoor accessibility. The overall design incorporates energy-efficient features such as a district heating system, providing both comfort and sustainability.
Residents will have access to outdoor parking spaces for an additional fee, while a limited number of garages are available upon request.
