Residential project in Ottikon (Gossau ZH)

Shared amenities within the complex include a communal square with pergolas, seating areas, and raised garden beds for all units. Each ownership unit offers options for additional facilities like parking spaces and bicycle storage. The overall design integrates sloped roofs and wood facades that complement the surrounding environment.
