The project includes a unique combination of three distinct buildings: a renovation of a historic house, a replacement building, and a new construction. The renovation involves an old main building that once served as a restaurant, now transformed into two modern apartments with 6.5 and 4.5 rooms, preserving its historic charm.

The replacement building will feature three new apartments with 3.5 rooms each, while the new construction offers an additional six apartments, ranging from 2.5 to 4.5 rooms.
