«Corner House» is a residential complex consisting of two maisonette apartments located in a quiet area of Wallisellen. Each unit features its own private entrance and garden access, providing residents with direct outdoor space. The building is constructed using timber elements, emphasizing sustainable building practices. The modern technical installations ensure efficient and contemporary living conditions.
The complex includes a total of two apartments, both consisting of 4.5 rooms. The layouts are designed to maximize natural light and create a spacious living environment. Each apartment offers features such as open living areas that seamlessly connect to the garden spaces, enhancing the overall livability of the units.
Additional facilities within the complex include designated outdoor parking spaces along the access road and additional space that can serve multiple purposes, such as bike storage or extra outdoor area. The landscaping features both paved sitting areas and grassy lawns, contributing to a pleasant residential environment.
