This project is a residential complex consisting of five apartments designed to enhance the existing urban fabric of Fällanden. The development includes a total of five units distributed across multiple levels with a focus on creating spacious living areas. Features include outdoor terraces and cellar space allocated for each unit, accommodating diverse lifestyle needs. In the basement, residents have access to a bicycle storage room and a washing/drying area, while designated outdoor parking is also available for each apartment.
The architectural design aligns with the historical aesthetic of the area, fostering a harmonious integration with the surrounding environment. The layout prioritizes open-plan living, connecting kitchens seamlessly with dining and living areas, and allowing access to outdoor spaces such as loggias or garden patios. Bathrooms are designed with ample dimensions, equipped with a bathtub, toilet, and a partially integrated laundry tower.
