Alti Dorf Chäsi

The project entails the development of a residential complex known as «Alti Dorf Chäsi» consisting of three multi-family houses in Amlikon, providing a total of 20 apartments. The building layout is designed to accommodate different living needs, with two of the houses featuring six ownership apartments each and the third house consisting of eight rental apartments. The complex includes a spacious underground garage with 44 parking spaces, ensuring convenience for residents.

The apartments are designed with modern interiors that emphasize functionality and comfort. Each unit features generous balconies and access to a well-maintained garden area, providing residents with opportunities for outdoor leisure.
