The project consists of a multifamily housing arrangement featuring a mix of row houses and apartment units, catering to ownership opportunities. There are a total of 15 residential units distributed among different building types: three row houses, six apartments in a multi-family home, and two single-family homes. Common elements include generous garden areas associated with each unit and dedicated outdoor spaces such as terraces and balconies.

Unique attributes of the residences include multiple floors for each unit, with options for garden access, terraces, and balcony areas. The row houses and including double-garden spaces enhance outdoor living conditions, while design features support versatile living arrangements suitable for families.
