Architectural Vision

Markstein AG

«•••••••» is a residential complex consisting of four multi-family houses located on a tranquil hillside at the western edge of Neuenhof. The buildings are designed to blend naturally into the gently sloping landscape, providing attractive green and recreational spaces between them. The staggered arrangement of the structures allows for optimal sunlight exposure for all apartments while ensuring a high degree of privacy for residents.

Access to the apartments is facilitated by a weather-protected lift, allowing barrier-free movement throughout the complex. The diverse range of apartments features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area that opens to spacious covered terraces on both sides. Overall, the complex offers a variety of unit sizes, catering to different living needs, and includes communal outdoor areas for leisure and social activities.

Each building is equipped with a ground-source heat pump and a controlled ventilation system that ensures a comfortable living environment with minimal energy consumption. The excellent thermal insulation contributes to a pleasant indoor climate, preventing cold drafts and keeping the interior warm. The design also provides effective protection against overheating during warmer months, enhancing the overall comfort of the living spaces.
