Finkenweg

«Finkenweg» is a development comprising two multi-family houses with a total of 16 condominiums. The project aims to provide residents with well-organized living spaces adjacent to a shared green area, ensuring adequate natural lighting and ventilation. The communal green space facilitates casual interactions and community activities among residents.

The buildings will be constructed using a hybrid building method, featuring a reinforced concrete underground level and load-bearing structures. A significant portion of the façade will be made from prefabricated wood, adhering to sustainable building practices. The design considers the needs of people with disabilities and the elderly, ensuring accessibility and the use of environmentally-friendly products.

Surrounding the buildings, diverse vegetation will create a seamless transition between the property and open space, providing privacy for garden apartment owners. The landscaped areas will include varied meadows that transition into manicured lawns, offering spaces for play, relaxation, and enjoyment under shady trees. Walkways will connect the two buildings and integrate the new development into the neighborhood, incorporating communal areas, seating, bicycle racks, and building entrances.
