The design includes convenient features such as designated spaces for washing machines and ample parking options, including some garages accessible from within the building.

The complex also offers dedicated amenities for residents, including a relaxation area and a children's playground exclusively for tenants. The project is certified with the Minergie label, indicating compliance with energy efficiency and sustainability standards.
