Each apartment has private outdoor areas, including terraces and garden portions to enhance the residents' living experience.

The building is designed with open-plan kitchens and extensive outdoor space. Additional amenities include a dedicated guest apartment available for visitors, equipped with wellness facilities such as a steam bath and whirlpool, as well as a shared workshop for residents' projects.
