The project consists of a six-story multi-family building featuring a total of eleven spacious ownership apartments with either 3.5 or 4.5 rooms. The layout is designed to offer generous living spaces, with apartments ranging from 102.4 to 136.4 square meters. Each unit includes sizable balconies or terraces, facilitating outdoor enjoyment and interaction with the surrounding greenery. Residents have access to an underground parking facility with eight parking spaces, as well as bicycle parking and additional parking options available in an adjacent building.

Noteworthy features include large window fronts that enhance natural light, a comfort ventilation system for improved air quality, and separate bathrooms for each apartment. The orientation of the building is toward the southwest, maximizing sunlight exposure throughout the day, particularly in the living areas that connect the kitchen, dining, and living spaces. The overall construction quality ensures a conducive living environment that promotes family activities and social interactions.
