This project involves the construction of a residential building consisting of 11 ownership apartments, designed as a multi-family home. The units range from 2.5 to 4.5 rooms, with a variety of functional floor plans suitable for singles, couples, and families. Each unit includes an open living kitchen layout and provides generous outdoor spaces, such as garden plots for ground floor units and balconies or winter gardens for upper levels. Additionally, the apartments are designed with privacy in mind, featuring access to common outdoor areas.

The building is equipped with an elevator to facilitate wheelchair access. Each unit comes with an individual laundry room as part of a storage room and offers options for customization of fittings such as kitchens, sanitary equipment, and flooring options. Other features include a photovoltaic system for sustainable living, as well as preparatory installations for e-mobility, ensuring that residents can adapt their living spaces to personal preferences and modern needs.
