Villas Terris

This project consists of two detached villas located in a residential area. Each villa features a total of six rooms, with a floor area of 157 m². They are designed as separate structures connected only by shared garage walls, ensuring privacy for residents. Each villa is distributed across three levels (underground, ground floor, and upper floor), allowing for extensive living spaces and efficient layouts. Each unit includes outdoor spaces, with garden areas of 284 m² for one villa and 296 m² for the other, along with balconies of 15 m².

The villas are compliant with High Energy Performance standards, indicative of their energy-efficient construction. The design incorporates large glass windows to allow natural light into the living spaces. Both villas come equipped with two parking spaces. Additional amenities include well-considered acoustic insulation and thermal efficiency throughout, reinforcing the intention for a harmonious living environment.
