Architectural Vision

THOMA Immobilien Treuhand AG

This project consists of three multi-family buildings featuring a total of 28 rental apartments and a commercial space. The apartment mix includes units ranging from 2.5 to 5.5 rooms, accommodating diverse residential needs. The top floor apartments are designed as maisonettes, providing two levels of living space with slanted ceilings that enhance the living experience. Each apartment comes with a generous loggia, and the maisonette units boast two loggias. Heating is provided by a modern ground-source heat pump and supplemented by a photovoltaic system installed on the roofs, ensuring reduced electricity and heating costs.

Access to an underground parking garage connecting the buildings is included, with 43 parking spaces available, including options for electric vehicle charging. Motorcycle parking spaces can also be rented. The construction adheres to a high standard, focusing on material quality and sustainability, surpassing current building standards for various aspects from construction to interior design. The project aims to promote a sustainable living environment in the municipality.
