The project offers a variety of apartment types, including 3.5 and 4.5 room units, spread over multiple floors. Each apartment features spacious layouts with floor areas ranging from approximately 76.0 m² to 157.7 m², catering to diverse living needs.

The complex includes several amenities such as underground parking, hobby rooms, and cellar spaces, enhancing the convenience for the residents. The design emphasizes efficient use of space and functionality, ensuring that the apartments meet modern living standards. Each unit is equipped with outdoor areas, allowing residents to enjoy private outdoor spaces.
