«Holdergarten» is a residential complex comprised of multiple units, including 3.5-room apartments and studios situated on various floors. The building layout includes three to four floors, with residential apartments located on the upper floors and a commercial unit on the ground floor. The inclusion of diverse unit types, such as studios and larger apartments, caters to different living preferences.
