The project features a blend of new construction and units in a historic building, providing a diverse range of living spaces. The apartments vary in size, with the 3.5-room units offering 75 square meters and studios sized at 25 or 33 square meters, some of which include balconies. The overall design accommodates a total of 14 rental apartments, ensuring a high utilization of space for residents.

The building layout includes three to four floors, with residential apartments located on the upper floors and a commercial unit on the ground floor. The inclusion of diverse unit types, such as studios and larger apartments, caters to different living preferences. Amenities within the complex include communal spaces, bicycle storage options, and potential areas for social interaction.
