Residential project in Chambésy

This project consists of three villas located in a rural area, designed to integrate with their surrounding environment. Each villa features three bedrooms on the upper floor and two bathrooms. The basements are fully excavated, insulated, heated, finished with tiled flooring and painted, providing a surface area of 24 square meters with a large window well. Each villa is equipped with two exterior parking spaces and a dedicated garden storage area.

The villas are characterized by their optimal southeast-southwest exposure. The basement areas are finished to the same standard as the living spaces, ensuring that they can be utilized flexibly. Each villa includes an air-water heat pump, categorized as THPE (très haute performance énergétique), and features large private gardens ranging from 150 to 361 square meters as well as individual bicycle storage spaces of approximately 10 square meters.
