The project «Rossweidli» consists of two energy-autarkic wooden houses designed in accordance with circular economy principles, offering a total of 13 rental apartments. The buildings are equipped with a lift and feature communal seating areas, a connection to the Egger spring, photovoltaic systems, and garden beds. The design ensures barrier-free living space suitable for singles, couples, families, or older individuals, complemented by surrounding park-like green spaces for a relaxed residential atmosphere.
The layout includes a variety of apartment types, ranging from 2.5 to 4.5 rooms, with different floor areas catering to diverse living needs. The two multi-family houses, referred to as Haus Berg and Haus Tal, accommodate units distributed over three floors, providing a mix of both smaller and larger living options. Additional on-site facilities enhance the living experience and community engagement among residents.
The project emphasizes sustainability and modern living. The integration of energy-efficient systems and the use of natural materials in construction contribute to lower environmental impact while fostering a comfortable living environment. The surrounding landscape is designed to enhance the quality of life, promoting outdoor activities and social interactions among residents.
The interior of the apartments at «Rossweidli» is constructed with high-quality materials, ensuring durability and comfort. The building features excellent insulation, contributing to energy efficiency and soundproofing within the living spaces. Walls are finished with neutral colors, allowing for personal customization.
Flooring options in the apartments include:
- High-quality laminate or hardwood in living areas
- Tiled flooring in kitchens and bathrooms
Kitchens are equipped with modern appliances, including:
- Energy-efficient refrigerators
- Built-in ovens and stoves
- Sufficient storage solutions and countertops made from durable materials
Bathrooms feature:
- Water-saving fixtures
- Stylish vanities and mirrors
- Showers or bathtubs with quality fittings
