Rossweidli

This project comprises two energy-autonomous wooden houses, with a total of 13 rental apartments designed for barrier-free living suitable for singles, couples, families, and older individuals. The layout includes a communal seating area, connection to Egger-Source, a solar power system, and garden beds. The buildings include a lift, enhancing accessibility throughout the complex.

The apartments are distributed across two buildings, featuring a variety of unit types that offer different room counts and floor areas, including options of 2.5 to 4.5 rooms ranging from 53 m² to 121 m². Amenities within the project include shared outdoor spaces and park-like green areas that surround the development, providing residents with additional recreational opportunities.
