MFH Oeggisbüel

«MFH Oeggisbüel» is a residential complex consisting of six owner-occupied apartments. The building is designed with two full floors and an attic level, providing a variety of living spaces. Each unit comes with a designated underground parking space, and there are additional visitor parking spots available at ground level. The project also includes communal amenities such as a garden with raised beds, ideal for residents interested in gardening or outdoor activities.

The architectural design employs a hybrid construction method, combining concrete and wood to create a sustainable living environment. The facade features hemp-lime on the ground floor and attic levels, while the middle floor is constructed with clay brick masonry, offering both aesthetic appeal and durability. This innovative design not only meets modern standards but also integrates well into the surrounding landscape, enhancing the natural beauty of the area.

Each apartment is equipped with a heat pump system for efficient heating and cooling, supplemented by a photovoltaic system on the roof for electricity generation.
