This project consists of a total of 30 rental apartments specifically designed for seniors. The development features accessible living spaces, including a lift from the underground garage, barrier-free entryways, and walk-in showers. Each unit includes a weather-protected loggia with sliding glass walls that allow for flexible outdoor usage. Various apartment sizes range from 2.5 to 5.5 rooms, catering to diverse needs with a community space in building C, which includes a café that is currently leased.

The construction is designed with multiple features aimed at enhancing living comfort and sustainability. Key aspects include a Minergie-P certification, a controlled ventilation system, a significant photovoltaic installation, and district heating using wood chips. The outer walls are 45 cm thick for better thermal protection, while the windows are triple glazed. The apartments also include features like multimedia connections in each room, electric blinds, and high-quality kitchen appliances such as induction cooktops and fridge-freezer combinations, along with spacious communal areas like hobby rooms and a sizeable underground parking garage.
