Résidence HEKA

The project features a residential building comprising 12 condominiums spread over four levels. The apartment types range from 2.5 to 3.5 rooms, each designed to offer functional living spaces. The building includes a basement with 12 parking spaces, a bicycle storage area, cellar spaces, technical rooms, and a shared laundry facility. Additionally, the exterior is landscaped to provide green spaces along with a children's play area and a visitor parking space.

Each unit is designed to optimize sunlight exposure and includes private balconies that extend the living space outdoors. The structure is built with reinforced concrete to ensure compliance with structural, seismic, and acoustic standards. The project also incorporates special features such as energy-efficient heating systems and adherence to accessibility norms for persons with disabilities.
