«Etele» is a modern residential complex consisting of two multi-family buildings designed to harmonize with their surroundings. The project features twelve ownership apartments, ranging from 3.5 to 5.5 rooms, each with flexible and spacious layouts. These apartments are equipped with large windows that enhance natural light and outdoor areas that contribute to a comfortable living experience. Each unit also includes two bathrooms, with the master bedroom featuring an en-suite bathroom.
The buildings are constructed with solid materials, emphasizing energy efficiency and sustainability. They are equipped with modern amenities including a photovoltaic system on the roof and a ground-source heat pump for heating and cooling. The trapezoidal design of the buildings allows for the creation of a shared courtyard with garden and play areas for residents, fostering community interaction.
An elevator serves all floors for easy access, and the apartments are designed with practical features such as storage space for cleaning supplies and provisions. Each apartment also includes spacious balconies or terraces, with some garden apartments having private outdoor spaces of up to 130 square meters. The overall architectural language is simple yet timeless, meeting contemporary living needs while promoting sustainability.
The interior of each apartment in «Etele» is constructed with high-quality materials to ensure durability and energy efficiency. The building features solid concrete construction, providing excellent sound insulation and structural integrity. Each apartment includes:
- Triple-glazed windows with enhanced thermal insulation
- Durable flooring materials, including options for tile and hardwood
- A modern kitchen equipped with an induction cooktop, a built-in Electrolux combi-steam oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a dishwasher
The bathrooms are fitted with high-grade sanitary fixtures, offering options for customization during the finishing phase. Common interior features include:
- Spacious living/dining areas with natural light from large windows
- Two bathrooms per apartment, with high-quality fittings and fixtures
- Built-in storage solutions, such as a utility room for washers and supplies
Lighting is integrated thoughtfully throughout the apartments, with recessed ceiling lights in key areas. Each unit also benefits from a mechanical ventilation system ensuring optimal air quality. The elevators are designed to accommodate mobility needs, providing smooth access from the underground parking to the upper floors.
