The project consists of two new buildings featuring a total of five rental apartments in one building and six condominiums in another. These buildings are designed to create a cohesive unit that integrates with the surrounding landscape and emphasizes communal outdoor spaces. The courtyard serves as a central element connecting the three distinct buildings, with large covered terraces acting as the transition between the courtyard and the homes.

A total of nine residential units are planned, with apartments varying in size and layout. The offerings include three condominiums ranging from 113.5 square meters to 120 square meters, each with balconies and additional features such as underground parking spaces. The different architectural designs of the buildings contribute to their unique character, maintaining a blend of historical context and modern living.
