«Läbe uf dr Fure» is a residential complex comprising two buildings, featuring a total of five rental apartments and six ownership apartments. The layout includes a mix of 4.5 and 5.5 room units, designed to accommodate a variety of living needs. Each apartment offers spacious floor areas ranging from 113.5 to 120 square meters, providing residents with comfortable living environments.

The project includes a communal courtyard that serves as the heart of the development, fostering a sense of community among residents. This courtyard is bordered by the existing and new buildings, enhancing the connection between the structures. Notable features of the buildings include large loggias that seamlessly link the courtyard to the individual apartments, promoting outdoor living spaces.

The architectural design reflects the historical agricultural usage of the land while creating a coherent unit that bridges the urban agglomeration with the surrounding open landscape. The buildings are oriented in slightly different directions, which offers a unique character to each while maintaining an integrated community feel. Overall, the project aims to preserve and enhance the local values through thoughtful density.
