Hofrain

This project consists of two multi-family houses located on the outskirts of the municipality, accommodating a total of six ownership apartments. Each building contains three apartments, integrated into the natural terrain with a gentle slope. The facades are characterized by a distinctive design featuring vertically arranged windows and recessed entrances, creating a strong architectural presence. The extensive green areas are designated for the ground-floor apartments, providing privacy and opportunities for outdoor living. The flat roofs are equipped with photovoltaic modules for energy generation.

The residential units range from 3.5 to 5.5 rooms and include various amenities such as private gardens and terraces. Each apartment is designed with spacious layouts and offers cellar spaces. The development also enables customization options by considering buyer requests for modifications that do not affect the overall facade or landscaping.
