The project «Hofrain» consists of two multi-family homes located in Ehrendingen, featuring a total of six ownership apartments. Each building accommodates three apartments, which are designed to integrate seamlessly into the natural surroundings, taking advantage of the slight gradient of the terrain. The architectural design incorporates distinctive façades characterized by well-arranged windows and recessed entrances, creating a prominent presence for the buildings.
All apartments benefit from expansive green spaces, which are allocated to the garden apartments, ensuring a high degree of privacy and a nature-oriented living experience. The flat roofs are equipped with photovoltaic panels, promoting sustainable energy production while enhancing the visual appeal of the structures. The layout of the apartments includes various types ranging from 3.5 to 5.5 rooms, catering to different living needs and preferences.
Additional features of the project include spaces for potential modifications by buyers, allowing for personalization within the apartments. The apartments at «Hofrain» are constructed with a focus on quality and sustainability.
