Each unit offers outdoor spaces, such as balconies or terraces, with designated areas for gardens or terraces, enhancing the living experience.

The complex consists of a single multifamily house, which is designed to accommodate the needs of residents while providing a sense of community. The layout includes well-defined spaces, allowing for privacy while fostering interaction among neighbors. Additional features include cellar spaces that enhance storage options for residents.

Unique to this project is the provision of extensive outdoor areas, with some apartments featuring generous garden spaces on the ground floor and expansive terraces on the upper levels, promoting outdoor living.
