«Villas Julia» consists of two nearly individual villas designed for family living. Each villa offers a total living area of 150 m², distributed across two levels and a fully excavated basement, providing a total usable area of up to 209 m².
The ground floor features a nearly 50 m² living space that can be customized according to the buyer's preferences. Each villa has two terraces: a more intimate terrace accessible from the kitchen, approximately 20 m² in size, and a larger covered terrace facing south, measuring 33 m².
