This project consists of a total of four single-family homes with 5.5 to 6.5 rooms each. The homes feature clearly structured floor plans with full-height window fronts over three levels, providing ample natural light. Each house is equipped with large green areas and sunny terraces, designed to offer privacy. The buildings are constructed according to ecological Minergie-P standards, incorporating a geothermal heat pump system for warm water and heating, as well as a photovoltaic installation. An innovative thermally activated building system is utilized to ensure passive cooling during the summer months.

The layout includes diverse floor plan options that can be personalized to suit the individual needs of homeowners. Each home includes cellar spaces, ensuring that residents have adequate storage. Notably, outdoor areas vary, with total outdoor spaces exceeding 190 square meters in some units, enhancing the living experience. The designs allow for both comfort and efficiency, adhering to sustainable building practices.
