Architectural Vision
Markstein AG
The project consists of a modern residential complex featuring four exclusive single-family homes designed with an emphasis on ample living space and natural light. Each home offers between 5.5 and 6.5 rooms, with structured layouts across three levels. The spacious designs include floor-to-ceiling windows that provide a bright and airy atmosphere, as well as generous outdoor areas for privacy and relaxation.
Each single-family home can be customized to meet individual preferences, with four different floor plan variations available. The development integrates ecological features, adhering to Minergie-P standards. This includes a geothermal heat pump for warm water and heating, a photovoltaic system for energy efficiency, and a thermal active building system (TABS) for passive cooling in the summer.
Additional amenities include expansive green spaces and sunny terraces, providing ample outdoor living options. The basements are designed to incorporate storage solutions, enhancing the functionality of each residence. The project reflects a commitment to sustainable living combined with modern architectural aesthetics.
The interior of each single-family home is constructed with high-quality materials to ensure durability and comfort. The insulation standards meet modern requirements, contributing to energy efficiency and a pleasant living environment. Key interior features include:
- Flooring options that may include hardwood and tiles.
- Kitchen equipped with modern appliances, enhancing functionality and style.
- Bathrooms designed with contemporary fixtures that prioritize both aesthetics and practical use.
The homes are designed to be barrier-free, ensuring accessibility for all residents. Each unit includes spacious living areas that are easy to furnish, allowing for personalization according to the occupants' tastes and needs. The overall design emphasizes practicality while maintaining a modern and sophisticated aesthetic.
