Im Steinacher

This project consists of eight ownership apartments, offering a variety of layouts. The buildings include a main structure with the apartments distributed across three floors. Units range in size, with four apartments having four and a half rooms and two apartments featuring two and a half rooms. Additional features include outdoor areas for the top-floor apartments and provisions for bicycle parking and common areas.

The layout provides for individual outdoor spaces, supporting direct access to the green surroundings. The top-floor apartments each have a spacious terrace, enhancing the living experience with outdoor access. Constructed with the intent of maintaining functional living spaces, the design integrates seamlessly into the local environment and is in proximity to ample green spaces and countryside views.
