La Villageoise

The project consists of a residential building named «La Villageoise» featuring five apartments with 4.5 rooms each. The building showcases a blend of traditional architecture with modern elements, maintaining compatibility with the surrounding village style. It offers spacious living areas ranging from 100 to 128 square meters, providing generous finishes tailored to the preferences of the occupants.

The building is structured over three levels with specific layouts for each apartment. The lower ground floor accommodates common facilities including an entrance hall, an elevator, four parking spaces, six cellars, a technical room, and a bicycle storage area. The upper floors contain two apartments per level, each featuring a hall, an open-plan kitchen and living area with a loggia, three bedrooms (one with a dressing area), and two bathrooms. The penthouse includes similar amenities, with an extended loggia of 18 square meters.
