«Residenza IRIS» is a residential complex comprising a rectangular building that features a design with natural materials and colors, harmonizing with the surrounding urban environment. The complex hosts a total of 14 apartments, including 2.5, 3.5, and 4.5 room configurations spread across the ground floor to the fourth floor, with additional spacious penthouse units. Each ground floor apartment is equipped with a generous terrace and a private garden accessible directly from the living space, while higher floors boast large terraces designed to ensure privacy and ample natural light.
