Green Park
Le Grand-Saconnex
Architectural Vision
Naef
«Green Park» is a residential project composed of three contiguous villas located in a quiet green setting. The villas are situated at the end of a cul-de-sac in the municipality of Grand-Saconnex, surrounded by trees that provide an intimate atmosphere without direct sightlines to neighboring properties. Each living space is designed to open up to lush nature and spacious private gardens, offering a tranquil retreat in a dynamic urban environment.
The project consists of three levels, including a basement, ground floor, and upper floor. It features contemporary architecture with a focus on energy efficiency, meeting the standards of a Very High Energy Performance Building (THPE). The architectural design aims to create a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, highlighted by large openings that lead to private gardens and outdoor areas.
Special attention has been given to the quality of materials used in construction and the thoughtful treatment of both private and communal outdoor spaces, ensuring a comfortable living environment for residents.
The villas in «Green Park» are constructed with high-quality materials and designed with attention to detail. Key interior features include:
- Spacious living area measuring 41 m² with an open-plan kitchen and living room layout.
- Three bedrooms on the upper floor, including a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a dressing area.
- Additional bathroom shared by the other two bedrooms.
The basement contains a technical room, a laundry area, and two additional rooms, each with its own bathroom. These versatile spaces can be customized for various uses such as a home gym, wine cellar, library, office, playroom, or home theater.
Interior finishes include natural materials, with private gardens ranging from 122 m² to 300 m², thoughtfully landscaped to enhance the living experience. The design emphasizes functionality and comfort, ensuring residents can create a harmonious living environment.
