This development project consists of a mixed-use residential and commercial building featuring 230 residential units. The layout includes a prominent residential building approximately 60 meters high, alongside commercial spaces designed to accommodate various services. The complex will include a spacious green courtyard intended to provide a quiet area for residents, protected from street noise. The planning is executed by a Swiss family-owned company with a focus on real estate, and the architectural design is managed by a well-known Basel-based firm.
The project aims to enhance the Frenkendorf area along the Basel-Liestal axis, introducing a new neighborhood square, pedestrian and bicycle pathways, and approximately 80 new trees. The development will create living space for around 430 residents and provide 100 job opportunities, facilitating the further evolution of Frenkendorf within its existing urban landscape.
