Eustrasse

«Eustrasse» comprises two multi-family houses consisting of 22 rental apartments. The buildings are structured to accommodate various apartment sizes, including 1-room, 2.5-room, 4.5-room, and larger units. Each apartment features dedicated outdoor space, enhancing the living environment.

The project includes facilities such as an underground parking garage with multiple parking options, as well as shared spaces for hobbies and cellar storage. The layout is designed to provide efficient use of space while allowing for private and communal areas.

Unique features include a selection of furnished units and a range of sizes from cozy studios to more spacious family apartments, catering to diverse tenant needs. The project is expected to be available for occupancy starting October 2024.
