Ahornstrasse

The project consists of a series of eight row houses located in a residential area characterized by low traffic levels. Each house features 5.5 rooms, with layouts that span four floors including a basement. A common underground parking garage accommodates 14 vehicles, with individual houses providing additional parking options for bicycles and electric vehicles near their entrances.

Each unit has spacious living areas with a ceiling height of nearly 3 meters in the kitchen and dining spaces. In addition, each house includes a light-filled room in the basement measuring 16 m². Options for the attic level include an open floor plan with a freestanding bathtub and the possibility of installing a wood-burning stove, enhancing the living experience with scenic views of the adjacent garden and forest.
