This project consists of five privately owned residences designed as either 4.5 or 5.5 room apartments. The configuration includes two maisonette apartments and three floor apartments located in a three-story building with a flat roof. Each unit provides unique access features with personal elevator access, making them suitable for individuals with decreased mobility. Additional features include outdoor sitting areas such as large terraces for ground floor units and projecting balconies of approximately 20 square meters for the upper-level apartments, along with associated garden and cellar spaces.

The structure is characterized by solid construction and substantial energy performance features, including triple-glazed windows, a heat pump system supplemented by geothermal energy, and controlled ventilation. The building is surrounded by thoughtfully landscaped areas incorporating native plants for enhanced privacy. Residents have access to double garages in the basement along with hobby and cellar rooms, and amenities supporting sustainable living practices, such as free-cooling technology for climate control.
