This project consists of the construction of 7 ownership apartments, featuring three 4½-room apartments, three 3½-room apartments, and one exclusive 5½-room penthouse apartment. The apartments on the first and second floors, as well as the penthouse, each offer a spacious terrace, while the ground-floor apartments have private garden seating areas. All levels are accessible via lift and staircase. The basement includes private cellar spaces and various parking options available for residents' purchase.

Architectural design harmonizes with surrounding buildings. The staggered arrangements of the structures enhance sunlight exposure and privacy for residents. A photovoltaic system and heat pump have been implemented for energy efficiency. The standard fittings in the apartments blend aesthetics with functionality, while buyers have the option to customize sanitary facilities, kitchens, and floor coverings.
