The Townhouse

The project consists of four well-planned units, incorporating three 4.5-room townhouses and one 2.5-room studio apartment. Each unit features generous living spaces designed with attention to detail, ensuring compliance with high standards for design and comfort. A private lift connects the underground garage to the homes. Each townhouse includes a private terrace, a garden area, and spacious garage parking equipped with modern electric vehicle charging stations. Two of the townhouses additionally feature a walkable and illuminated light well.

The interior of each unit includes high ceilings and large windows, allowing for ample natural light. Flooring consists of oak parquet in the living and sleeping areas.
