This project consists of a multi-family residential building featuring 11 ownership apartments spread across three floors. The building incorporates a hybrid construction method, combining concrete elements for robustness with wooden facades to create a favorable indoor climate. Each apartment includes features such as designated cellar areas, outdoor spaces, and well-organized layouts to cater to various living needs.

The residential complex also includes amenities such as an underground parking garage. Additional areas like hobby rooms support a more extensive community living experience. The apartments range in size and layout, offering options that include multiple balconies and outdoor areas, enhancing usability and access to green spaces.
