Guggeien Park

The project comprises a collection of residential units that includes 11 individual row houses and 15 ownership apartments all situated in a single development. The arrangement features a variety of floor plans that can accommodate diverse living needs, with configurations ranging from 2.5 to 5.5 rooms for apartments, and 4.5 or 5.5 rooms for row houses, totaling 26 residential units. The slight shifts in building foundations create additional usable open spaces between the structures and enhance visual diversity. Each row house and apartment is designed to promote an environment conducive to family living, and occupancy rules dictate that the number of rooms must not exceed the number of residents plus one.

The architecture integrates green spaces through its staggered building layout, enhancing the overall living experience. The dwellings utilize environmentally friendly features, such as earth probes for heating, photovoltaic systems for electricity, and green roofs that contribute to biodiversity and provide natural cooling in summer. Sustainable materials are primarily used in construction adhering to ecological standards, ensuring a lasting impact while minimizing energy consumption.
