SPYRISTRASSE

This project consists of two multi-family homes located within a residential quarter. Each building has five floors, featuring a total of ten apartments with configurations ranging from 2.5 to 4.5 rooms. The units are accessible via an elevator from a central entrance hall, which leads to well-defined living areas oriented towards the south, providing a bright environment. Balconies, terraces, and garden seating areas extend the indoor living space and contribute to the architectural layout, reminiscent of traditional bourgeois residential culture.

The underground level includes a shared garage equipped with cellar compartments and bicycle parking facilities, promoting convenience and accessibility for residents. The apartments are designed to suit a variety of living needs, ensuring functional layouts across different unit types. The overall configuration includes generous private and communal spaces for leisure and social interactions among residents.
