Wasenmatte

This project consists of eight row houses, each featuring a private garden. The buildings are connected to a shared underground parking garage, allowing access from there as well as from a pathway at the ground level. Features include bicycle storage, visitor parking, and a layout that accommodates family living.

Each house spans four levels and is designed for efficient living. The ground floor includes an entrance hall with a built-in wardrobe, kitchen, living and dining area, and a bathroom with a shower. The first floor has three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and double sinks. The upper floor offers flexibility for various uses, and additional storage spaces, including cellars and laundry areas, are located in the basement.
