The buildings include a total of five units spread over two levels, emphasizing spacious outdoor areas such as gardens, loggias, or terraces. The apartments are wheelchair-accessible, supported by elevator service, ensuring convenient access across floors. Each unit includes a separate laundry area equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer, while the heat is generated from a central heat pump system integrated with a thermoactive building component system for cooling support during summer months.
