The project «Steindleren» consists of two newly constructed buildings designed to accommodate various residential needs. A total of 24 rental apartments will be available, ranging from 2.5 to 4.5 rooms. Each apartment features individual characteristics, allowing for a diverse community of tenants, including singles, couples, families, and seniors. Special attention has been given to natural light, enhancing the living experience with inviting loggias in each unit.
In addition to the residential offerings, the project includes 8 office spaces, catering to business needs. The development will also provide 40 parking spaces, several equipped with electric charging stations, enhancing convenience for residents and visitors. The thoughtful layout ensures ample communal spaces and amenities to foster community engagement and a pleasant living environment.
