The residential layout incorporates a public utility space and an underground parking garage, providing 16 parking spots alongside additional cellar and hobby spaces.

The construction quality is notable, featuring stoneware tiles in wet areas and staircases, while the living spaces are predominantly finished with parquet flooring. Each apartment is equipped with modern kitchens featuring stone countertops and V-Zug appliances, including some units with ovens and steamers. Every apartment also includes a V-Zug laundry tower (washer and dryer) for convenience.
