The structure accommodates three apartments per floor across four levels including two penthouse apartments. The building features include private gardens or outdoor areas for ground floor units, as well as large balconies for units on upper floors, spacious common areas, and designated cellar spaces for each apartment.

Unique aspects of the building comprise features like walk-in showers and a combination of bathtub and shower in the bathrooms. All apartments include a laundry area equipped with a washing machine. The construction specifications include sound-optimized wall thickness and energy-efficient heating systems. Electric blinds and customizable flooring materials, such as oiled oak parquet and ceramic tiles in bathrooms, are standard in all units.
