The project consists of a residential complex known as «Wilmend» located in Baden-Turgi. It comprises two multifamily houses featuring a total of 15 rental apartments with 2.5 to 4.5 room layouts. The design of the apartments is well thought out, providing harmonious color and material concepts with high-quality finishes throughout. The units are constructed in accordance with Minergie standards, ensuring energy efficiency and comfort.
The apartments include amenities such as controlled living space ventilation, underfloor heating, and fiber-optic internet access. Summer comfort is enhanced through a thermoactive building component system (TABS) and heat and hot water are generated via geothermal heat pumps. The roofs are equipped with photovoltaic systems for electricity production, contributing to the sustainability of the complex.
Additional facilities within the development include underground parking with preparations for e-mobility, hobby rooms, cellar spaces, and designated areas for bicycles. Each apartment also features generous outdoor spaces such as balconies or terraces, promoting outdoor living.
The interior of the apartments at «Wilmend» is designed with high-quality materials and modern amenities. Flooring options include elegant oak parquet, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the living spaces. Key interior features include:
- High-quality kitchen appliances from Electrolux, including:
- Bora induction cooktop with integrated downdraft extractor
- Built-in oven and compact steam cooker
- Dishwasher and a two-part refrigerator with three freezer drawers
- Quartz stone countertops in kitchens
- Spacious bathrooms equipped with modern fixtures and finishes.
Each apartment includes specific details aimed at enhancing convenience and functionality, such as:
- Built-in wardrobes in the hallways and one bedroom in the 3.5-room apartments
- Dedicated storage rooms equipped with washing machines and tumble dryers
- Generous outdoor spaces including balconies, terraces, or private seating areas with additional storage on balconies.
The design promotes a bright and open living environment, with large floor-to-ceiling windows allowing for ample natural light, further enhancing the overall living experience.
