Scudria

The project «Scudria» consists of the development of two multi-family homes, designed to provide a total of 15 ownership apartments. The first building, identified as Building A, will feature 8 units, with construction set to commence shortly. Each apartment is characterized by thoughtfully designed floor plans that accommodate various individual furnishing preferences, allowing for customization of living spaces.

The architectural layout promotes connectivity between the indoor areas and the outdoor gardens, with open living spaces and spacious loggias oriented towards the west. The apartments are designed to offer scenic views from the northeastern rooms, overlooking notable landmarks such as the Castle of Rhäzüns and the cable car to Feldis. Accessibility is an important focus, as all apartments conform to barrier-free construction guidelines, ensuring suitability for residents with diverse needs.

Additional building features include an underground parking garage with 16 designated spaces, along with hobby rooms and cellar storage for residents. The overall design emphasizes practical living, integrating recreational areas such as gardens that enhance the residential experience.
