Each unit includes en-suite bathrooms, integrated cellars, and laundry facilities, with private garden spaces ranging from 70 to 100 square meters for the garden maisonettes. The construction prioritizes solid building standards, with interiors equipped with hardwood parquet flooring and pre-installed infrastructure for electric vehicle charging in the parking area.
