Multi-family residential project with 19 own apartments distributed in two buildings, comprising 11 units in Building C and 8 units in Building D over four floors. Each apartment features landscaped outdoor areas, private cellars, and parking options, while interior specifications include triple-layer walls for sound insulation and energy-efficient appliances in kitchens and bathrooms. The design promotes a balance between quiet living environments and communal interaction through shared spaces and outdoor facilities.
