Unique features include individual entrances for each unit, wine cellars, and saunas, complemented by a basement parking facility and shared spaces for leisure activities. The project incorporates thoughtful design elements, quality construction, and high-end kitchen and bathroom fittings.

Multi-family residential project consisting of six chalet-style buildings with 60 residential units. The development features a shared underground parking garage with pre-installations for electric vehicle charging, an integrated solar system with 1998 photovoltaic modules, and geothermal heat pumps for energy management. Each apartment includes standard kitchen and bathroom appliances, and the layout accommodates various sizes and configurations.
